  1. Could you tell me how long the honey stays whipped? I whipped mine and placed it in jars then about a week later – it’s back to crystallized honey. Any suggestions?

    1. Hey! Mine stayed whipped for about 1-2 weeks. I usually do smaller batches so I can use it up before it flattens back out. You can extend the “whipped period” by storing it in the fridge as well!

    1. It’s mostly a fable. Stainless steel is perfectly safe to use with honey, and that’s what I use. The concern is with reactive metals like aluminum, copper, or iron if honey sits in them for an extended period. For everyday mixing and stirring with stainless steel, there’s nothing to worry about.
