Whipped Honey
Equipment
- 1 stand mixer
- 1 glass jar
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw crystallized honey (use however much honey you'd like)
Instructions
- Place honey in a stand mixer.
- Using the whisk attachment, whisk honey until desired texture is reached.
- Enjoy over your favorite breads or add a stick of butter to make your own whipped honey butter!
