Run 2lbs of pork butt through a meat grinder twice. You can also buy plain ground pork and save this step.
Mix all of your dry spices together in a small bowl.
In a large bowl combine the dry spices with the ground pork. Use your hands to get all of the spices well incorporated into the meat.
Shape into patties.
Cook on medium heat until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees and your patties are golden brown.
