Easy Sourdough Bread Pudding Recipe

1 medium sized mixing bowl
1 spoon
1 1.5 quart baking dish
Ingredients
4-6
sourdough biscuits (or bread slices)
regular biscuits/ bread work as well
2
cups
milk
3
large
eggs
1 1/4
cup
sugar
1
tsp
vanilla
1/2
cup
melted butter
Instructions
Crumble or cube your biscuits into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix together in a separate bowl your melted butter, vanilla, sugar, eggs and milk.
Pour over your crumbled biscuits.
Stir well to make sure the biscuits soak up wet ingredients.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
Allow it to cool before serving.
