Easy Sourdough Bread Pudding Recipe

Equipment

  • 1 medium sized mixing bowl
  • 1 spoon
  • 1 1.5 quart baking dish

Ingredients
  

  • 4-6 sourdough biscuits (or bread slices) regular biscuits/ bread work as well
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions
 

  • Crumble or cube your biscuits into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Mix together in a separate bowl your melted butter, vanilla, sugar, eggs and milk.
  • Pour over your crumbled biscuits.
  • Stir well to make sure the biscuits soak up wet ingredients.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • Allow it to cool before serving.
