Cinnamon Apple Air Fryer Wedges

A quick and easy air fryer recipe for warm cinnamon apple wedges, perfect as a dessert or snack.

Equipment

  • large mixing bowl
  • Apple corer or sharp knife
  • cutting board
  • measuring spoons
  • Spatula or tongs
  • Parchment paper (if using an air fryer basket)

Ingredients
  

  • 3 small apples granny smith, honey crisp, or golden delicious
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a large mixing bowl using the microwave or stovetop.
  • Wash, core, and slice apples into ¼-½ inch wedges.
  • Stir brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg into the melted butter until well combined.
  • Add apple wedges to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F. If using an air fryer basket, line it with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray.
  • Arrange apples in a single layer inside the air fryer. Avoid overcrowding for even cooking.
  • Air fry for 12 minutes, flipping the apples halfway through.
  • Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, or a drizzle of honey.

Notes

Storage Tips:
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days.
Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for 2-3 minutes for best texture.
