Bone Broth Oven Baked Rice

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups bone broth
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions
 

  • Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a 9x13 baking dish, evenly spread the rinsed cup of rice.
  • Pour the bone broth over the rice, ensuring it’s fully submerged.
  • Dot the surface with butter.
  • Tightly cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
  • Bake for approximately 40 minutes, or until the rice is tender and has absorbed all the broth.
  • Serve.
