Optional glass rim:
Simple syrup
honey or water
Sugar
Instructions
If using a sugared rim, dip the rim of each glass into simple syrup, honey or water, then dip into sugar. Set aside.
Pour the white cranberry juice and pineapple juice into a large punch bowl.
Slowly stir in the coconut milk until fully combined and smooth.
Add the ginger ale and gently stir to keep the punch bubbly.
Add ice cubes or an ice ring just before serving.
Garnish with fresh cranberries, rosemary sprigs, or shredded coconut if desired.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
