White Cranberry Holiday Punch Recipe

Equipment

  • Large punch bowl or beverage container
  • Large measuring glass
  • Long spoon for stirring
  • Small plate for sugar (optional)
  • Ice cubes or ice ring

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups white cranberry juice
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 cups ginger ale
  • 1 cup coconut milk

Optional garnishes:

  • Fresh cranberries
  • Rosemary sprigs
  • Shredded coconut or coconut flakes

Optional glass rim:

  • Simple syrup honey or water
  • Sugar

Instructions
 

  • If using a sugared rim, dip the rim of each glass into simple syrup, honey or water, then dip into sugar. Set aside.
  • Pour the white cranberry juice and pineapple juice into a large punch bowl.
  • Slowly stir in the coconut milk until fully combined and smooth.
  • Add the ginger ale and gently stir to keep the punch bubbly.
  • Add ice cubes or an ice ring just before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh cranberries, rosemary sprigs, or shredded coconut if desired.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.
