Parmesan Crusted Oven Baked Sweet Potato Fries

  • Kitchen towel or paper towels
  • green onions optional

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic or garlic powder if preferred
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • Grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry the sweet potatoes, then slice them into evenly sized fries using a sharp knife.
  • Pat the fries dry with a kitchen towel or paper towels to remove moisture.
  • Place the cut fries into a large bowl and drizzle with avocado oil. Add minced garlic, sea salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
  • Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper. Spread the fries in a single layer.
  • Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese evenly over the fries.
  • Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, or until the fries are tender and golden brown with crisp edges.
  • Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
