Ingredients

whole lemon
washed, quartered
1
tbsp
raw honey
1
tbsp
olive oil
1
cup
water
1/2
tsp
cinnamon
1
small slice of fresh ginger
Instructions
Wash the lemon and quarter it. Slice a small piece of fresh ginger.
Add the lemon, raw honey, olive oil, water, cinnamon, and ginger into a blender. Blend on high for 1–2 minutes until smooth.
If you prefer a smoother texture, strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer.
Pour over ice or mix with room-temperature water for a warm version.
Notes
Tip: This recipe is best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Shake or stir well before serving.
