Rinse the peanuts in a colander under cold water until the water runs clear.
Place the peanuts in the Instant Pot and add 10 cups of water and ½ cup of salt, stirring to combine.
Place the trivet on top of the peanuts to help keep them submerged under the water.
Lock the lid, close the vent, and set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 1 hour.
Allow the Instant Pot to naturally release pressure once the cook time is complete.
Remove the peanuts from the salty brine and enjoy them warm.
