Hot Honey Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken chicken breast, chicken thighs, or rotisserie chicken
  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce or hot honey sauce
  • 1 tbsp sweet honey
  • Optional: chopped celery, carrots, red onion, or green onions
  • Optional seasonings: onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, chili powder, or spicy cayenne pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add the shredded chicken to a large bowl, breaking it into small pieces of chicken if needed.
  • Pour in the mayo, buffalo sauce (or hot honey dressing), and sweet honey.
  • Mix everything together using a fork, hand mixer, or food processor until well combined. Adjust texture based on preference.
  • Stir in any optional add-ins like celery, carrots, red onion, or green onions for extra crunch and flavor.
  • Taste and add a little bit of onion powder, garlic powder, or black pepper if desired.
  • Serve immediately or chill in separate airtight containers for 30 minutes for the best flavor.
