Instructions
Pour the milk into a small saucepan.
Add turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and black pepper.
Whisk until well combined.
Simmer on low heat for 5–10 minutes (do not boil).
Strain into a mug.
Stir in maple syrup or honey.
Froth if desired and enjoy warm.
