Homemade Catalina Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/8 cup cane sugar
  • 1/2 cup avocado oil olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the ketchup, apple cider vinegar, and white sugar until smooth.
  • Slowly drizzle in the avocado oil while whisking to create a creamy texture.
  • Stir in Worcestershire sauce, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasonings to taste.
  • Pour the dressing into an airtight container or mason jar. Seal and refrigerate.
  • Shake or stir before each use and enjoy on salads, as a dip, or as a marinade.
