Chocolate and Peanut Butter Goat Milk Fudge Recipe

Ingredients
  

For the Peanut Butter Fudge

  • 8 oz butter
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

For the Chocolate Fudge

  • 8 oz butter
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup goat milk
  • 4 cups powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Place 8 oz of butter in a double boiler over medium heat until fully melted.
  • Mix in 1 cup of peanut butter until well combined.
  • Stir in 2 tsp of vanilla extract.
  • Gradually whisk in 2 cups of powdered sugar until smooth.
  • Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9x13 dish.
  • Place 8 oz of butter in a clean double boiler over medium heat until fully melted.
  • Whisk in 1 cup of cocoa powder, stirring constantly to avoid burning.
  • Stir in 2 tsp of vanilla extract and 1/2 cup of goat milk until well combined.
  • Gradually whisk in 4 cups of powdered sugar until smooth.
  • Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer in the dish.
  • Use a chopstick to create swirl designs by gently mixing the two layers.
  • Place the dish in the refrigerator and chill for 4-6 hours until set.
  • Once set, cut into squares and enjoy.
