Ingredients

cup
water
1
cup
sugar
1/2
cup
lavender
Instructions
Bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
Add 1 cup of sugar and simmer until all sugar has dissolved.
Add 1/2 cup of lavender buds and turn stove off.
Allow lavender buds to steep in sugar for 10-15 minutes.
Use a fine mesh strainer to remove lavender from sugar.
Place syrup in a airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
