Best Homemade Lavender Syrup Recipe for Coffee

Equipment

  • 1 small pot
  • 1 wooden/ silicone spoon
  • 1 8oz airtight container

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup lavender

Instructions
 

  • Bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
  • Add 1 cup of sugar and simmer until all sugar has dissolved.
  • Add 1/2 cup of lavender buds and turn stove off.
  • Allow lavender buds to steep in sugar for 10-15 minutes.
  • Use a fine mesh strainer to remove lavender from sugar.
  • Place syrup in a airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
