Balsamic Honey Glazed Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • Honey for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Wash the Brussels sprouts, trim the stems, and cut each one in half.
  • Place the sprouts in a mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
  • Season with salt and pepper, add the minced garlic, and mix until evenly coated.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer.
  • Drizzle honey over the top.
  • Bake in a 425°F oven for 15–20 minutes or until crispy and deeply golden brown.
