Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
Blend until a pasty dough forms.
Lay a piece of parchment paper on a flat surface.
Spread the dough on the parchment paper as thinly as possible.
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (if your model requires it).
Transfer the parchment with the dough into the air fryer basket or tray.
Air fry for 5 minutes.
Remove the basket and score the dough into squares with a pizza cutter or knife.
If preferred, skip scoring and break crackers into pieces after full cooking.
Return the dough to the air fryer.
Continue to air fry for an additional 20 minutes or until crackers are golden brown.
Allow the crackers to cool before removing them from the basket. They will crisp up further as they cool.
Store the cooled crackers in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
