Air Fryer Butter Parmesan Pork Bites

Equipment

  • 1 air fryer you can also cook these in your conventional oven
  • 1 large mixing bowl
  • tongs
  • cutting board/ knife
  • small skillet/ pot for melting butter

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs boneless pork ribs or boneless pork chops
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt, pepper, and garlic powder (to taste)
  • Olive oil or avocado oil (for greasing)
  • Optional: red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, or lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Cut the boneless pork ribs into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
  • Lightly grease the air fryer basket with olive oil or line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the pork in a single layer, leaving space between each piece.
  • Air fry at 350°F for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  • While the pork cooks, melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Stir in Parmesan cheese, and optional seasonings like red pepper flakes or Italian seasoning.
  • Transfer cooked pork to a large bowl. Pour the butter Parmesan sauce over the pork and toss with tongs until evenly coated.
  • Plate the pork bites with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad.
